Schedules with Data Integrity Issues

SmartPM™ has a fully functional CPM scheduling engine that has been designed to mirror the same process, procedures and methodologies as the programs from which they were imported. SmartPM™ does, however, have a few variances from these programs in order to effectively analyze the data. While SmartPM™ adjusts the data imported for analyses purposes, SmartPM™ does allow users to adjust the data in SmartPM™ including but not limited to: Activity Durations, Activity Names, Calendars, Activity IDs, Logic, Constraints, Actual Start/Finish Dates, Progress, % Complete, etc.

  • Lag Calculations
  • Resource Loaded Milestones
  • Suspend and Resume Dates
  • Actual Start Dates On the Data Date
  • Critical Path Analysis
  • Full Day vs. Partial Day
  • Constraints
  • Actual Dates After the Data Date (e.g. Future Actual Dates)
  • Activities with No Actual Start Dates that are 0% Progressed
  • Activities with No Actual Finish Dates that are 100% Progressed
  • Changes to Actual Start / Actual Finish Dates
  • Backdated Actual Start / Actual Finish Dates
  • Start to Finish Ties
  • Activity Types
  • % Complete
  • MS Project Summary Bars
  • Progress Override
