Resource Loaded Milestones

In certain instances of Primavera, milestones can become resource loaded which can cause Primavera to always schedule the milestone on the data date instead of based on the milestone’s logic and relationships.  SmartPM^TM schedules the milestone according to its logic and ignores the resources.
