Each User will be assigned 2 different Roles. One will be Company wide based and one will be individual Project based.
The Company wide Roles are assigned when you add a User to your Company's Roster
- Company Admin - These Users will have access to the Admin page and will be able to make changes to your Company's Roster & your Company's Plan. These Users also have the ability to Create New Projects
- Company User - These Users will not have access to the Admin page and cannot Create New Projects
The Project specific Roles are assigned when you add a User to each Project
- Schedule Administrator: The Schedule Administrator Role will have the ability to alter the state of the Project in anyway that they see fit. This Role is best suited for Scheduler, Project Managers, and Executives
- Project Manager: A Project Manager User will have the ability to alter the state of the Project only by submission of Field Updates for any Activity on the Schedule. This role is best suited for Project Managers and Superintendents.
- Activity Manager: An Activity Manager User will have the ability to alter the state of the Project only by submission of Field Updates for the Activities the Activity Manager is assigned to. This role is best suited for Superintendents.
- Read-Only: A Read-Only User will have no ability to alter the state of the Project in anyway. This Role is best suited for Executives.
